| Daniel Toleran works with Asian American Recovery Services and Asian American Mental Health Services, which includes program design and project management in the prevention and treatment of alcohol and drug addiction. Additionally, he is the project director for two federally-funded grants with an evaluation study investigating alcohol and drug use among Filipinos, Chinese and Vietnamese adults and inner-city adolescents. He was instrumental in developing, writing and disseminating a report on the health status of Asians and Pacific Islanders living in the San Francisco Bay area. He is the lead author of two forthcoming articles, one on disaggregated data collection and reporting for understudied populations (in review), and the other on social epidemiology identifying risk for HCV and HIV among substance-using young adults. |

| Mark Vander Linden, B.A., M.S., is the executive officer of the Office of Gambling Treatment and Prevention at the Iowa Department of Public Health. He oversees all problem gambling services for the state including treatment, prevention, workforce development, social marketing and evaluation. Additionally, he provides training and consultation on gambling issues at both state and national levels. He holds board positions with the Association of Problem Gambling Service Administrators, Midwest Consortium on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse and the Addiction Transfer Technology Center. His range of clinical social work and administrative experience includes children, families, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and problem gambling. |

| Michael Winter is the executive director of the Missouri Gaming Association and former chairperson of the Missouri Alliance to Curb Problem Gambling. For more than 20 years, he has operated his own government relations and association management firm. He has represented the Missouri Gaming Association before the Missouri General Assembly and the Missouri Gaming Commission. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri and Lincoln University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in educational studies and a master's degree in business administration. |

| Jan Wrolstad, M. Div., is the associate director at Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Center (Mid-America ATTC) located at the University of Missouri Kansas City. She has worked in the field of substance abuse education for more than 14 years. She is an administrator and trainer for Mid-America ATTC. She holds a bachelor's degree in English. Prior to her work at Mid-America ATTC, she was a reference librarian at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, a textbook proofreader for Harcourt-Brace-Jovanovich Publishers, Inc. and a high school speech and English teacher. One of her passions is working to increase the rights of marginalized groups. |

| Janet Zwick, L.B.S.W., has more than 35 years of experience in leadership within public health settings. She is the owner of Zwick Healthcare Consultants, LLC. She is also a private consultant partnering with the University of Wisconsin, JBS International, Inc., Prairielands Addiction and Technology Transfer Center and United Community Services. In addition to being published in various publications, she is also a member of numerous committees and boards including: the Iowa Substance Abuse Research Consortium, Midwest Counter Drug Training Center, Command Spanish and Prairielands Addiction Technology Transfer Center. |
