Call for Posters
Proposals are currently being accepted for poster presentations for the 5th Annual Midwest Conference on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse. The conference is sponsored by the Midwest Consortium on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse and administered by Prairielands ATTC. For consideration by the review committee, you must submit the enclosed form and all submission requirements no later than Friday, June 20, 2008. Farrell, Clark, Petry To Highlight Midwest Conference
Judge Mark Farrell, founder of the nation's only Gambling Treatment Court, will highlight the presentations at the 2008 Midwest Conference on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse. Farrell, from Amherst, N.Y., along with Dr. Westley Clark from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and Nancy Petry from the University of Connecticut Health Center, have been confirmed as keynote presenters during the fifth annual conference, Aug. 13-15, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis-Clayton.

Airport Transportation
The Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis-Clayton provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily.
After you have retrieved your luggage, simply dial #68 on the red courtesy phone located in baggage claim and the hotel agents will inform you where to meet the driver for pick-up. Please be sure to board the correct shuttle (for the Crowne Plaza in Clayton, not the Airport Crowne Plaza).

Parking Accommodations
Parking facilities are available in an attached covered garage. The Crowne Plaza Hotel St.Louis-Clayton is providing complimentary self-parking to our conference attendees. Attendees will be able to pick up their complimentary parking voucher from the conference registration desk with their conference materials.

St. Louis' light rail transit system has recently opened nine new stations, one of which is in Clayton. The new Clayton station is only three blocks from the hotel.
